COMPLAINTS
If a person is unsatisfied with services being provided by Princeton & District Community Services Society, they have the right to submit a formal complaint. Staff shall encourage all persons who have complaints to go through the appropriate channels, as per policy and procedure, to have their issues addressed. The Executive Director will provide a written notification regarding the actions taken in resolving the complaint.

If you are interested in becoming a volunteer with PDCSS, please contact our office at 250-295-6666 or email office.manager@pdcss.com Volunteers must complete a criminal record clearance prior to volunteering.
