PDCSS is a referral agency for the Safe Seniors, Strong Communities program.
Safe Seniors, Strong Communities:
A program that matches seniors who need support with non-medical essentials, to resources in their community.
When you register as a senior, your contact information is shared with the United Way’s Better at Home agencies. Those agencies make the connections between seniors and services in the community.

Want to volunteer? In order to fulfill the needs of the seniors in the community, PDCSS may need to call on volunteers. If you are interested in becoming a volunteer with PDCSS, please contact our office at 250-295-6666 or email office.manager@pdcss.com Volunteers must complete a criminal record clearance prior to volunteering.
During the COVID-19 crisis, our offices are limited to essential services only.
If you require assistance please call our offices rather than visiting.
We are working towards solutions for the community including a drop-off service of care-packages to aid those effected by this very serious pandemic.
We are here to help and are actively working towards assisting everyone in need!
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
